How to Maintain Insulin Sensitivity When Bulking

Intermittent fasting for me allows myself to go upon a bulk rather strategically. I can be in a pretty serious surplus most days and then have enough of an aggressive deficit on other days so that my net surplus at the end of the week is right where I want it to be. Having that level of insulin sensitivity and feeling like my body is just being nourished by what I'm eating does something psychosymatically too. It's like when you're talking about after you're cut, you were in a deficit for so long, it's like you ate that Shake Shack right after your show and it's like it just sucked in your body. And I feel that way with fasting
