Is There a Problem With Apologizing for Accidents?
Antaske: I was always told when i first learned to drive, if you have an accident in the car, er, don't apologize. And i think sometimes we sort of transfer that across to medsin. Is there a problem with doing that? Will it make the patient more likely to litigate against you? Or will it make m that more difficult to defend if it came to, now, god forbid, an inquest if the family were involved?
