How to Maximize Muscle Gain

Don't ever think it. Start with the lowest barrier of entry, especially if you're someone who just only has 20 minutes, three times a week. Maybe that's some kettlebells, resistance bands and dumbbells at your house. Try and go in understanding that that shouldn't be the workout where you have 90 second, 120 second rest periods either. Like move through, be effective and efficient with your time and train close to failure for that 20 minutes.
