How to Make a Small Progress in a Project

If you make a small amount of progress, you feel more motivated. Self talk can shift that sense of negative self talk. If it's something that requires documentation, or if it requires writing, is just to do a speech to text brain dump. And then step two is going to be to go through and organize it and then create a plan. So often we come to thinking we've got to hit a single screan as many times as possible in order to get the job done.
