i try to take an arch from stangroft's basic prenatel matrices kind of model. So that starts, like you're in the womb. It's something very comfortable. Some kind of music that's, you know, smooth. Real magic happens in the middle, and then fatigue starts set in,. Depending on your fitness level, around 30 to forty minutes. i usually stretch a lot of times. And kind of stretch. Sometimes i lie on the ground a little bit, a litle bit joint mobility, a little bit stretching, getting into it. Ah, music is sometimes good in there, someyet.
