I eat a pretty high sodium diet. I minimize my consumption of ultra processed foods but, you know, I eat canned foods on occasion. Nothing tastes good without salt. You can have salt as long as you're having even more vegetables and more potassium. There isn't one rule for everybody. We are all rather different.
