The Pull Up, Pull Ups and Flexed Arms
Y riht trot icmetrics are often used quite effectively to help somebody get their marvellos right. And yet, i don't know of a better way to train the pull up than with the hang and the flexed arm. I would prefer people just did flex. In my perfect world, we would dump pull ups and go back to you have to hold the flexyou have to hold your chin over the bar for an hour.
