Casey: What are some general guidelines that you can give for people in terms of how to compose and think about their dietary pattern? Casey: I'm not necessarily low carb or keto. I eat mostly, you know, a plant's diet with some fish and eggs. The cool thing about monitoring is that you can actually take any dietary pattern that you do and optimize it.
