The Self Compassion Piece Makes Way for Creative Action
There's that desire or the propensity for us to look externally for models. And so there's that comparison and giant should that I need to be doing it like others. What works for neuro divergent brains in general is very different than what works for a neurotypical brain. So part of this is this embracing your wiring, the self-acceptance, self-compassion and embracing how your brain works and doesn't work. It really allows for that creative activity that you just spoke of.
