How to Maintain Muscle During the Age of 35

Athletes are losing muscle at a rate of 3-5% per decade after their mid thirties. By the time you're gone, you may have lost as much as 30 % of your muscle. High tensity interval trurining that stresses the muscles is key to maintaining them. Weight lifting can also be used to build muscle in areas where you're obviously losing it.
