The Inefficiency Principle

The bigger companies are not looking for as many big new ideas from you. They're looking for the safe execution of ideas that aren't going to get them in trouble. The larger the company, generally speaking, the more they tend to be on the efficiency seeking end of the spectrum. So the small companies just in there, it's in their nature to be innovative.
