How to Find the Good in Everything
I did this one journaling exercise that really really affected me on many different levels. It lifted a weight off my shoulders, that's just an understatement. I think it's important to be focused on the present but also look forward to what's ahead of you. To again know that things get better So I definitely want you to do that whether it's today or next week.
