How to Rehab a Triathlon Injury

It starts with an accurate diagnosis, that has to be the foundational step. Second principle would be do whatever you can to maintain fitness. You cannot fast-track your biology. If it's a bone, it's going to take this long; if it's a tendon, it may take this long. I think athletes get frustrated and make errors when they battle against that. They return to early or they don't return the right way.
