Regulators think their job is to commoditize something so that the providers can compete solely on price. Everything else, like customer service and variety, then gets destroyed. So innovate n gets destroyed in those markets whichave been commoditized. An insurance comparison webside isn't really comparing on quality. It's comparing on price.
