How Do Constraints Affect Your Performance in Combat Sports?
A constraint is a boundary that shapes the way that you try and solve the problem or achieve it. And those boundaries can be within the individual, which we would all assume,. like strength, your height, your skill level, your perceptual ability, your confidence - as well as task constraints. All of these are factors that impact how you would say fight in a combat sport at any more moment in time. So there might be a way of doing things in combat sports that shape the way thatyou're expected to behave.
