Do They Want to Be on the Show?

Isis: There is no simple answer to this question, because there's no formula. We look for brands that have a national, maybe even an international, presence. The second thing we look for is, does this person want to be on the show? Is this person er self reflective? It's really important that our guests, and by the way, all our guests, are founders.
