i find trying to look for ways to keep our strengths active and alive as we go about our jobs each day is what makes all the difference when it comes to being more strength focused. So recently i've been playing with trying to intentionally integrate my strength into my daily tida list, which i have instead of a todo list. And i found this to be really effective way to make sure that my strength's are getting a work out each day. But do you think that more deliberately integrating our strength into our planning each day could also be beneficial for others as well? No, no, no. It's definitely something that's proven to work.
