Sharing Loving Kindness
In pema children's book, when things fall apart, she has a section where she's talking about how when we see someone on the street and they're homeless. Most of us tend to not want to look at them especially if you don't have anything to give them right? So i'm just going to avoid looking at this person because i can't help them anyway. Which is actually sad, because it it kind of makes them feel invisible. And another component of this sharing loving kindness, to me, is recognizing that it takes bravery on my part to be kind and compassionate. Kay, the third one is, practise gratitude.
