Are There Precursors to Depression?

There are biological variables that make one prone to depression, either the experince of depression or major depress disorder. One if there's a family history of depression, that's something to be very aware of. Being mindful of our nutrition, because what we consume affects our mental health. People may engage in these automatic thoughts, but they may engage inthese thoughts that make them more vulnerable to depression.
