Mailshake started at $9 a month per user and we quickly learn it wasn't, it was our pricing to enter the market. We quickly learned that there's no way to build a multiple multi million dollar business on a user unless I get millions or hundreds of thousands of users. And since we're B2B, there's probably not a path to get there with that price point. The bigger customers are sticking around because they don't have to worry about their churn rate.
