How I Become an Author
At Clorox, I was a brand manager. At Chiquita, I was in charge of new products and in marketing. When I went to VF, it was innovation, but it was interesting. A lot of those new ideas were about brand building. And so that's why I wrote my first book, which was iconic advantage. And now the second book is friction.
