The Importance of Sets to Failure
A single set to failure will increase my ops for up to like 30 hours. You could literally walk into the gym, do one set to failure after your warmups and muscle probably not even that. Whether that's going to be enough to add over time to create hypertrophy is highly doubtful. But what we could use that for is to maintain our current situation.
