Are You Keeping Your Employees Motivated to Keep Going?

How did you keep employees motivated to onow, keep going? There's a lot of turnover in the early days. The employees that ended up lasting the longest were byra ferl and so there was some like, shared values and shared trust there. And i also really clued them in to the hard times. At one point, you said that you got an acquisition offer. Why? I just didn't imagine a better life than working on, working on a hard problem.
