I've developed an app that I'm just testing out with a group of people where they fill in every day, what's my driving energy like? So if you're feeling absolutely exhausted, and, so this can be physical and mental energy, really. Why are you so tired? Is it because you've overtrained or is it because you haven't slept? What have I done mentally to recover? And then the renewal, okay, what have I done? I have I done any recovery? In sport, that could be have I had a nice bath? Have I done a recovery run?"
