Getting Back Into Weight Lifting?

A i'm kind of thinking about getting back into it. Since we've ben doing this daily podcast, my sort of emotions towards weight lifting, at least on the training sides, were completely ramped up. I just feel no kind of back pain or anything. It seems almost like a waste to try and do anything remotely similar to peaking testing. One, om, three. Ms, would you just suggest at that point you'd just go straight back into a hypertry block and sort of go etre strength, hypertry strengths? Peke, or do two hypertes, two strength?
