How to Keep Everyone Motivated

At our top level, C level, board level, just this year, we have four changes already. As we go down a couple layers, there's a lot of changes happening there as well. How do I keep everybody motivated when sometimes I don't know if I have that right motivation? "I would say to keep delivering the high quality what we do," he says.
