How to Increase the Perception of Autonomy

One of the most compelling trainings out there is one that brings together folks who are advocating for l g b t c rites and another set of folks who think that homosexuality is a sin. And what the training does is, not only allows every one to contribute in the dialogue, but peels back the layers till it gets to something that both sides fundamentally agree on - our humanness. The more you focus people on what they can control, the more they feel in control. Youare a shared ga, all right. In fact, status is up, autonomy's up. We need help to get this out.
