I'm curious. You mentioned that you rather than warming up your muscles, you warm up your nerves. What does that look like? Is that just like a concentration thing? Or are you doing something to warm up your nervous system, your nerves and your nervous system? I tried out different things I do. Sometimes I do like some exercises, maybe similar like qigong. It's concentration work. And this is very holistic way of seeing the body as a whole thing. Yeah. Holistic. That's exactly it. Totally.
