Is There a Difference Between a Recovery Week and a Block Periodization?
HRB variability to guide training is very fluid, right? It's based on the prescription of training is based on your recovery level. And block periodization I think for folks just to further simplify, block periodization is quite rigid. The adaptation to any kind of training stimulus is different depending on how you approach or you present yourself at that training session. So it's just, yeah, I'm not a fan of basic periodization really.
