Tot hargrove's 20 minute movement less is based on the felden christ method. The purpose of which is to help you relax your shoulders and reduce tension in your shoulders as you sit. Find a comfortable chair to sit in, something like an office chair,. Sit up just kind of in a normal posture, upright, but not tense at all. As you sit, notice the position of your shoulders. How comfortable are they? Wheredo, they come to rest on top of the rib cage. Check in to see whether there's any tension in the neck or the back. And also notice the distance between the tip oyour shoulder and the ear lobe.
