If you were starving on the street, would you not give them a bag of Cheetos if it was all you had? There is a benefit really to anything that you can eat. It might not be... It's not fully beneficial though, right? Because with some benefit, there's also what I call, again, the biological tax. That food is taxing your system in some way. And movement is the same way. Everything you can do with your body is going to have a benefit. But there are ways of moving that also come with a tax.
