How to Deal With Overwhelm
Each day I just pull out a piece of scratch paper and I write down what are my most personal and work-related kind of key, big rocks. And that helps me keep grounded. When I see a little stuff is kind of starting to cascade over the waterfall, looking back at that list helps ground me. How do you handle overwhelm if all of a sudden you feel like you're spending too much time like watching the news? Christine: Cancel your table subscription and unless you're taking a class that requires you to write a paper every day of what happened on the news the night before, one of us is required to participate in the news.
