Dating when you're anxious going slow is actually the best thing you can do. Dating means it's a numbers game. You don't want to then take away if that person's treating you like shit. We heal relationally. Like I'm healing with the tech guy because I'm able to let go and learn where these triggers are coming from. It starts up those things that you don't realize until you're with somebody else.
