The Challenges of Behaviour Change
Self-control is our ability to resist temptation or overcome our innate impulses. It can be a significant problem when trying to change our behaviour. To overcome this, I think it's important to develop strategies for self-control such as setting yourself some goals and enlisting the support of friends and family but most importantly not relying on motivation to keep you going.
