The Recovery Process Is So Important and I Like It and I'm Just Going to Say Yeah

physical movement is such an important process for recovery. People forget this if you're going in for a three-hour run it's a very different thing than splitting that into two one and a half hour runs. If i were to do all my running first thing in the morning and then all my mobility and strength directly after that like by the time i got to the resistance training side of things like the quality of that session would likely be compromised to some degree. I think those constant little pulses are always going to provide a better stimulus rather than these huge bowl is dump of of whatever type of hormone or response you're looking at.
