rob smallin talks to Alex tegus about the management team at transdime. Tegus has spent almost exactly 50 % of his investing career in each camp, private equity and public markets. What they have done that i think a lot of companies could learn from was hard to strategically pick a position in industry that is so precisely and perfectly done as transtime has done.
