Intermittent fasting is kind of a misnomer because we're all intermittent fasting. Every single one of us, every night while we sleep. I have no problem with supplements except that I tell people to see if you can get most of what your body needs from whole foods. Supplements doesn't give you pleasure. It might give you what you need. But I tell people supplement, look at what the word supplement means to top off. Get your stuff from food, enjoy it. And if you're not getting enough, top it off.
