Is There a Chance for You to Learn Failure or Success?

I think that failure is great. Failure you can learn from, but you have to learn from it. I actually believe that there is more to learning failure than there is in success. There's obviously times where you've missed the mark or whatever and you need to bring it back. And you do that by asking questions again, listening again.
