Bilateral movements are always going to be king for getting better ankle, knee and hip extension. We can always go with more weight when we're bilateral, but we do want to supplement or put in some unilatl work. And then just looking at progressive overload, i should see every few weeks that i can adapt to that next level. That's usually things like that will do on alternating days or as you mentioned before, without weight, but maybe using some hand assistance.
