Plime Tricks for Tender Tendon Injuries

With plimetric ability, exprescially with tender injuries, you need to give that sort ofa strett stot cycle the tendons. The tendont needs to be loaded both with load, but also with speed. So we do in water base plame tricks, which reduces you lowed by at least 50 to 70 per cennt. We use this sort of baby plier for two weeks, a modification of planet tricks, and then we see the response. And if that is too much, then we reduce it as well - so there's always expet with chronic tendand injuries. O running drills as are not strength. They 're more like new muscular drills
