Can't I Do That With My Body?

i've had, i've a heelspur a achilles issues, meniscus in my knee, have tern o sport. My disk injury happened from body building, before i started crossfit. I stopped work ing out for two years and got down to one, 85 during that period of time. And i just slowly worked through my movements. It's really difficult for people because you can just go to amazon and purchase things that you want tat can fix,. And why can't i do that with my body? So people just have to realize that making any change with your bodyis going, or your mind is going to take a lot of work.
