What I Love About Negotiation

Negotiating is a reasoned based process. Operative word is process were by understanding, and i'm going to drop three words that we'll talk about a lot: goals, needs and wants of all the parties. You come to an agreement that achieves the goals of all arties, that fulfils the needs of all parties and satisfies as many of the wants of each of the parties as possible. The goal is the end result. That's what you want to achieve. And it's important for me to understand those terms, specially foran talk about them.
