Dredana globul an test is performed using a column agglutination method. Column has incorporated into it anti g g or ant c three. If there's igeg or complement coting in the patient's red cells, the anabody in the column will attach and cause aglutination of the red cells. And then instead of seeing theAgglutination in a test tube, the agglutinations ill get hung up,. so that the glutinits will stay at the top of the jall column verses all the cells going to the bottom.
