Gender Disparity in Negotiation
There is some element of gender disparity when it comes to negotiation. I fundamentally believe that women are better, better prepared to be negotiators than men because empathycomes more naturally to them. Men tend to look at negotiations as a zero sum game while women focus on community and moving towards the right goll eventually is opposed to winning. Women often don't ask for the things they want. That's a really big problem, and it also contributes very heavily to the paid gap between men and women.
