The Importance of Checking Your Calendar

I have to sort of go back and start trying to shuffle things around in my diary because I hate doing that whole thing of going oh actually I can't make it. For me you know I schedule stuff and then I stick to it but then the flip side of that is if I'm not actually checking my calendar properly then I can end up quite over schedules. Sometimes I'm on appointments all day and it's like well when am I actually going to get the time to do the things that I actually need to do in that particular day as well so that's been a lesson learned for me.
