How to Maintain High Quality Work During D Load Weeks

D load will typically be classed as something around 40 to 60% reduction in load or volume across that week. But again, it depends on the athlete and how long you've worked with them for. So we maintain the high quality work, but just really short and intensive during that D load week. And that really mirrors my programming from my coach, Rosalyn, at lattice is three weeks on, one week off, not fully off.
