Du jacques have sort of hung their hat on the idea of a whole cluster as a house style. Distem sara just doesn't bring that same aromatic complexity to the table for me. John lockwood at enfield winds, he likes to use stems too, and he wants them for aromatics. And i was like, wow, that's what i want in my wine. All those aromatics that i about sera. They're here in the stem bin and not over there in that grape bin.
