We are getting back to the topic that initially gave rise to these conversations, and that is baptismal regeneration. There's not a single example of someone being regenerated through water baptism. To my ess in the new testament that it is a means by which the forgiveness of sins is delivered through the sacrament itself. I i see that as as unanimous in the fathers.
