Breathing in, filling the chest and lungs, breathing out. Notice that you can still continue to let go a little with the outbreathand. Let the eyes be softslight smile at the mouth. All the micro muscles in the face can relax and smooth. sensing of these areas of obvious tension or tightness,. inviting those areas to dissolve with the out breathto let go a bit and release. Noticing the quality of presence thet' hear just with a few moments of intentional being.
