The Three Traps for Speaking Up
We speak up according to our own cultural preferences. We use achronyms that we're used to, without seeing the world from other perspective. Each of those traps are held in place if we don't have the awareness of them. So how can we build our present moment ness of some of these things that keep us silent? Can we see that impostor voice as a thought and question it with curiosity? Are we able to emphathise? Or are we lost in our own world?
